McRob management are ex-RAAF Qualified Flying Instructors (QFIs) with F/A-18, Mirage and C-130 operational experience. Further depth to McRob credibility is gained by the commercial qualifications brought to bear. Time spent working with BAe Systems on the Hawk 127 program as well as business experience delivering complex IT systems to Defence provides credentials in packaging diverse solutions for Commonwealth needs. McRob management also has experience in corporate aviation and foreign training systems that enables ‘best-practice’ concepts from a range of aviation operations to be developed and refined.
